We Encourage a Serious Bond between Organizer, Vendor and Members of the Public. Without Organizers there will be no Events. The same Applies to Vendors. Without Vendors there will be no Events. Both Organizers and Vendors rely on Spectators / Visitors to Events. It is of uttermost importance to work together in making an Event Successful.
Important Vendor Information
- Unique layout channeling the Spectators and Visitors to walk through all the Exhibition stalls
- We do allow a maximum of 3x (Three) stalls per Main Category to protect our Vendors rights.
- Each Vendor will receive a FREE Radio Advertisement either on Pretoria FM or Lekker FM.
- Each Vendor's detail will also be displayed on 5x Road Posters.
- Vendors will participate in the Marketing Campaign.
- Vendors selling the same articles will not be place close to each other.
- No Stall Bookings and Allocations will be made Official without Payment. No stalls will be reserved for a Vendors.
- First Come First Served.
